Here’s what we’re all about…
Sidewalk Radio is a monthly, 25-minute, special feature on WMLB AM 1690 The Voice of the Arts that thematically focuses on art, architecture, design, development, city planning and preservation. Our creator & host, Gene Kansas, sits down with a variety of guests with a common denominator. These are the ones making things happen, the ones who help shape the new cultural continuum. These fascinating interview subjects give us some insight into the way Atlantans live in and enjoy their city, revealing the history and culture that make life worth living (or at least a lil’ more interesting).
The program, expertly produced by WMLB’s Programming Director, Max Arbes, explores our history, roots, stories, legacy and lore, with relevant “content-connecting” music. Can you dig it?
This is for you. We hope you enjoy!
